Yunoyama Onsenkan is a historic, rustic public bathhouse in Hiroshima's mountainous Saeki Ward, famous for its rare, cold mineral spring waters used since the Edo period. Visitors come to experience the unique therapeutic practice of alternating between the hot bath and the invigorating 4-meter-high cold water dome waterfall. Expect a simple, traditional, and authentic local bathhouse experience far removed from modern, commercialized resorts.
