Perched above the Oi River, this scenic overlook in Kameyama Park offers the absolute best panoramic view of the forested Arashiyama gorge and the iconic Togetsukyo Bridge. It is a peaceful, less-crowded alternative to the nearby bamboo groves, especially breathtaking during autumn foliage and spring cherry blossom seasons. Expect a short, slightly steep uphill walk along paved paths and stone steps to reach the observation deck.
