About
Hanazono Shin-Onsen is a nostalgic Showa-era public bathhouse (sento) tucked away in the backstreets of Nara. It features traditional deep tile baths, mineral-rich hot water, and a charmingly retro interior complete with vintage hair dryers and shoe lockers. It is the perfect, unpretentious spot to soak alongside friendly locals and wash away the fatigue after a long day of temple sightseeing.
