Designed by master gardener Jihei Ogawa, Keitakuen is a stunning Chishiki-style circular garden featuring a large central pond, stepping stones, and a traditional teahouse. Tucked inside Tennoji Park, it offers a peaceful retreat where you can experience classic Meiji-era landscaping right next to the ultra-modern Abeno Harukas skyscraper, creating a striking contrast of old and new Osaka.
