Connecting the two towers of the Umeda Sky Building, this futuristic open-air observatory offers breathtaking 360-degree views of Osaka from 173 meters up. Unlike most glass-walled decks, you can feel the open breeze on the rooftop Lumi Sky Walk, which glows with luminescent stones at night.
