Is the rooftop footbath free to access?
Only the 8th-floor footbath garden in the adjacent commercial complex is free and open to anyone without tickets. The higher 10th-floor observation footbath garden, offering uninterrupted 360-degree panoramas of Tokyo Bay and the city skyline, is strictly reserved for paying Manyo Club guests.
Are diaper-wearing infants permitted in the baths?

What does the standard admission fee include?
The Marutoku set fee covers general bath entry, access to relaxation lounges, rental bath towels, face towels, and traditional館内着 (yukata or jinbei loungewear). The municipal bathing tax of ¥150 is charged separately for guests aged 12 and older. Stone saunas (ganbanyoku) cost extra.
Is there a free shuttle bus to the facility?
A dedicated free shuttle bus operates between Monzen-nakacho Station and Toyosu Senkyaku Banrai on a designated timetable. Seating is limited to 26 passengers per run on a first-come basis, and oversized items like large rolling suitcases are barred from the cabin.
