Nakamise Shopping Street

Connecting the iconic Kaminarimon Gate to Senso-ji Temple, this bustling 250-meter historic shopping street is one of Japan's oldest. It is the ultimate spot to sample traditional Edo-style street snacks like fresh kaminari-okoshi (sweet rice crackers) and ningyo-yaki cakes. Expect a vibrant, crowded atmosphere lined with around 90 stalls selling authentic souvenirs, paper umbrellas, and beautiful folding fans.
