Situated in the bustling Grand Front Osaka complex, this luxury hotel blends contemporary design with warm Japanese hospitality. It is highly worth booking for its spacious rooms starting on the 20th floor, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the city skyline. Expect world-class amenities, including a Michelin-starred French restaurant, Pierre, a traditional bathhouse, and a serene indoor pool.
The hotel occupies Tower C at the northern end of Grand Front Osaka, requiring guests walking from Osaka Station to cross through both the South and North retail wings. Guest room elevators operate strictly between the 20th-floor lobby and floors 21 through 32, meaning guests visiting the 4th-floor bathhouse or exiting to the street must transfer elevators on the 20th floor. Interior passageways through Grand Front Osaka close between 24:30 and 06:00, forcing late arrivals to access the building from the outdoor ground-floor roadway.
Book a Club InterContinental room to enjoy exclusive access to the 28th-floor lounge for complimentary afternoon tea and cocktails.
Exit the JR Osaka Station Central North Gate and cross the 2nd-floor pedestrian walkway into Grand Front Osaka. Continue straight through the South Building and North Building toward Tower C, reaching the hotel lobby elevators in approximately 5 minutes on foot.
The 4th-floor Japanese-style bathhouse, saunas, and 20-meter indoor lap pool operate daily from 07:00 to 22:00, with final entry permitted at 21:30. The adjoining fitness gym remains open 24 hours for registered hotel guests.
Parking reservations are not accepted; spaces are available on a first-come basis. The underground garage accommodates vehicles up to 2.1 meters high and costs 6,000 yen per night from 15:00 to 11:00, with optional valet parking for an additional 2,000 yen.
