Cancel Policy
You can receive a full refund if you cancel at least 8 days before your scheduled tour
- To qualify, the cancellation must be completed 8 full days before 12:00 AM (JST) on the day of your tour. For example, if your tour is on a Friday, you need to cancel by midnight the previous Thursday (or 12:00 AM Friday the week before in the tour’s timezone) to receive the full refund
For cancellations made within 7 days of the tour, the following fees apply :
- 4-7 days before: 15%
- 3 days before: 25%
- 2 days before: 35%
- The day before: 55%
- Same day: 100%
- No-show: 100%
Meeting Point
Hotel Pickup
- Your driver and guide will meet you at the lobby of your hotel or a specified location within Tokyo.
- Please be ready 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
- Note: Our tour operator will contact you through your contact information to communicate about the details of the tour and ask about pickup and dropoff information as well.
